Well, today take a much needed mindful break, and relax. Because we’ve been doing so much intense work, and have begun to see the rewards, we don’t want to just sit around and do nothing. Besides, doing nothing isn’t actually relaxing, it’s just being lazy.
We’re ready to be beyond happy and confident, and we know we’re going to have to put in the work every day.
It just is what it is. There’s no secret way around it, and we’ve decided that this year is truly all about being the best versions of ourselves.
So we’ll give ourselves a break and consciously relax.
No matter where you are, and no matter what you’re doing, I want you to just stop. Close your eyes, and take 5 deep breaths.
Stop what you’re doing, and just breathe.
You have nothing to lose by doing this, and truly everything to gain.
I mean why wouldn’t you want to feel a little less stressed, right?
Stop holding it in, and just let it go!
